UNC’s Mental Health Coalition is bringing consideration to this with its third annual Psychological Well being Consciousness Week, set from March 29 by means of April 2. This consciousness week will encompass mental-health-related occasions and coaching classes that each one college students can partake in.
The UNC Psychological Well being Coalition has been working alongside numerous different UNC Psychological Well being organizations to create occasions encouraging college students to start out conversations and ask questions on psychological well being.
The coalition will likely be holding a web-based social media fundraiser, facilitating an open air, socially-distanced bodily exercise and dealing with different campus and group entities to focus on initiatives that work towards fostering a greater sense of group.
Nikhil Rao, a senior learning psychology and well being coverage and administration, is among the UNC Psychological Well being Coalition co-facilitators and has helped manage the notice week.
